Our volunteer application, matching form, and mentor preference form can be completed and submitted here on our site by clicking on the subpages of Submit an Application in the navigation bar to the left.  Our coordinators will contact you to schedule an individual inteview to discuss the program futher.

Adults working with minor students in the schools require federal background/motor vehicle checks.  We ask that our volunteers pay the cost of their own screening by Employers’ Reference Source in Newington of $35.00.  If this is difficult for you, please let us know.  We certainly would not want this to be a deterrent to joining the program.  You can print the corresponding release form here and bring it along with cash or a check made out directly to Employers Reference Source to your interview. 

Sign the mentor agreement confirming your commitment to mentoring and bring that along with you as well.
